About Garden Talk Ministries

Garden Talk Ministries is a nutritional support resource dedicated to helping you and your loved ones on your path to optimal health through a custom-tailored approach to nutritional education, healthy eating habits and key vitamins and supplements. Our goal is to help you better understand your specific nutritional needs and provide you with natural solutions to pain, health risk, illness and injury.

The name Garden Talk seemed to fit what we were aiming for when it was first discussed by four people who shared the same dream. To 'talk' to individuals about the importance of healing starting from the 'garden'. These same four individuals were themselves dealing with health issues that at that time eluded them. It seemed that supplements alone were not successful. We discovered that including fresh, raw (if possible) fruits and vegetable juices enabled the body to begin to heal and reach a healthy balance. As the journey continued, the discoveries could not be denied and as a matter of fact became very exciting and fulfilling in every way.

So welcome to my garden, let's talk and walk our way through health matters that weighs heavy on our hearts.
